Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use AppsGPT.

By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of AppsGPT, you must create an account.

Accounts may be created using:

• email authentication
• Google login

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription Plans

AppsGPT offers several subscription plans, including:

• Basic
• Pro
• Ultra

Subscription plans may provide different usage limits and features.

AppsGPT may update pricing or plan features from time to time.

Payments and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

AppsGPT does not store credit card information.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the payment provider to charge your selected payment method.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

If you cancel a subscription:

• your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• you will not be charged for the next billing cycle

After the subscription period ends, your account may be moved to the free plan, which includes limited monthly usage.

Refund Policy

All payments made for AppsGPT subscriptions are non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds for unused subscription time or partially used billing periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AppsGPT for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• generating illegal or harmful content
• spam generation or automated abuse
• copyright infringement
• attempting to bypass service limitations
• reverse engineering the service
• scraping or extracting data from the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to AppsGPT.

However, by using the service, you grant AppsGPT permission to process your content for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

AI-Generated Output

AppsGPT uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate or process text.

AI-generated outputs:

• may be inaccurate
• may contain errors
• should not be relied upon as professional advice

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content generated by the service.

You may use AI-generated outputs for commercial purposes, provided that such use complies with applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, and platform functionality related to AppsGPT are owned by APPSTRONG.

These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to the AppsGPT platform.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the service without permission.

Third-Party Services

AppsGPT relies on third-party services to operate.

These may include:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Supabase for authentication and infrastructure
• Vercel for hosting
• Amplitude for analytics

These providers may process limited data necessary to provide their services.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• you violate these Terms
• you abuse or misuse the service
• you attempt to bypass usage limits
• your actions create security or operational risks

We reserve the right to restrict access to the service at our discretion.

Disclaimer

AppsGPT is provided "as is" and "as available".

We make no guarantees regarding:

• service availability
• accuracy of AI-generated outputs
• uninterrupted operation

Use of the service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APPSTRONG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of AppsGPT.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APPSTRONG from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from:

• your use of the service
• your violation of these Terms
• your submitted content

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Last updated date.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
